Holland & Holland Housewares endeavours to bring first rate, quality products to you the customer at very competitive prices. We are a family company, small enough to give personal service but large enough to obtain great prices. We are continually looking for new products that we think you will find useful and good value.

Purchasing

Making purchases could not be easier or more secure, just browse through the categories that interest you, and when you see the items that you would like just add them to your shopping Basket. Don’t forget Cookie is there to help and add a bit of fun so look out for him. When you have completed your purchases click on Finnish and complete your details. Enjoy your visit and don’t forget if you need help or cannot find what you are looking for please contact us.

Once you have completed your order we will email a confirmation of the order for you to check. We will also inform you if any items are subject to delay or out of stock so that you can decide to alter the order or accept any delay with delivery.

Orders may be cancelled at any time up to dispatch, usually 24/48 hours with out charge, after dispatch delivery and packaging charges will be incurred.

Payment for goods ordered is not taken until the goods are despatched. All prices quoted on the site include VAT at the current rate. The prices and the descriptions are as shown, if there are any changes to these we will inform you prior to despatch to enable you vary or cancel the order. The descriptions of the products are as accurate as possible and provided by the manufacturer. Holland & Holland Houseware can not be held liable for mistakes in the descriptions provided although we work very hard to ensure their accuracy.

Delivery

Standard delivery is by Carrier or Royal Mail, generally you should receive your order in 3 to 4 days or less. If the Carrier is unable to affect delivery they will inform you of the procedure for receiving the order. We make a small charge for Carriage and Packing on orders under £ 49. Orders above this are delivered without charge. However if you would like an express delivery please contact us to confirm availability and charges.

Overseas

The goods described on the website are for use within the UK, use abroad, especially such items as electrical goods may be inappropriate. Holland & Holland Housewares will not accept responsibility for inappropriate use.

We do however welcome orders from outside the UK. Please contact us regarding Shipping details.
